My experience as a clinician and first responder, enables me to offer effective individualized psychological care for active and past first responders, military and front-line medical personnel, as well as all members of our community.
Anyone that is seeking psychological help takes courage and is heroic.
My focus is to help individuals to not just "feel better" but to "make" them better.
I integrate my education and training with my life experiences as a 37 year veteran of public safety as well as a fallible human being like us all. I take a humanistic, comforting and motivating approach as I apply the processes of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and REBT to teach skills to strengthen my clients and not to just then cheer up.
Ken is a retired Fire Rescue Chief who served 37 years in public safety, as well as a licensed therapist. Ken has dedicated his life now to serve the mental health needs of our First responders, Military and front-line medical personnel and their families.
